◉ Exercise: Find your people

Why did we have to brainstorm where they hang out and get their information from online? Niche communities, forums, group chats and FB groups are the best place to find people who are already researching about their problem or how to learn a specific place. There's a belief that posting frequently to Instagram daily will find you learners. Most Instagram users are not using the app to reach their learning goals and solve their problems. Focus on finding places where people are already researching a specific topic.

Define your 'Space'

  1. Write 5 keywords associated with what your user's interest are or what they usually search for when they're going to learn.

  2. Go to and use 10 free queries and make a list of keywords, influencers and channels which you believe are overlapping with what your users read and watch.

  1. Use the social accounts and websites of that initial search to find other social media accounts, communities, keywords and everything related to the audience of that people

In the results, there should be interesting information that will probably lead you to communities/pages. If you see communities or group chats that you believe your audience would hang out in - Join them, introduce yourself add value and listen to the conversation. Go another level deeper for the next few days and you'll find other channels, commmunities and social accounts to hang out with.

  1. Search Quora and Reddit for questions related to your content topics - Join a few sub Reddits.
